⚠️ Important — Avoid Getting Banned
Please follow these conditions carefully so that your account is not banned:
- Do not send any message to Supercell game support. If you have any questions, you can always ask us.
- Never discuss buying or selling a Clash of Clans account inside your clan.
- Avoid insulting other players.
- Never use bots or PC simulators.
- Avoid offensive or ridiculous base designs.
- You can change the email through the in-game settings — but if you contact game support to do it, you may run into trouble.
- For security reasons, we recommend logging into the account at least 5 hours after receiving it.
Note
- If a suspicious person enters your account, exit the game and immediately contact support via live chat so we can remove that person from your account.
- If your account is locked, contact our support immediately via live chat so we can fix the problem.
Changing Password or Two-Step Verification
When changing the password or setting up two-step verification, you may encounter the previous owner’s number. Don’t worry — the previous owner will not see these numbers.
You must save your own number in the recovery field so that these numbers disappear. It can take up to 7 days for them to disappear and for Google to recognize you as the new owner of this email.
